Kinsu is the UK's fastest and kindest insurance app, providing a simple and reliable way to protect the things you love. Their aim is to deliver kind, zero bullsh*t insurance as it should be. —
I worked with the lovely team at Kinsu before product launch on defining their brand narrative and crafting their messaging.
I began by workshopping Kinsu’s brand strategy to help build a foundation for their “kind, zero bullsh*t” tone of voice. I then worked closely with the team to craft all UX copy across the mobile app experience and in-app chatbot.
I also worked on messaging for the website and wrote a video script, as well as consulted on a marketing plan for launch.
